"BRANKOVO PERO" TO YOUNG POETS

Primary school "Branko Miljkovic" in Palilula, held a ceremony in the presence of a large number of guests, which celebrated the Day of the school. The program began with a performance by the school choir and orchestra, which are the results of the state assembly in the top of the region. The entire program was dedicated to the great poet, and many students in different spots showed their talent.
Participants of the event were greeted by Boban Džunić, president of municipality of Palilula, who attended this school and was one of the best students in generations.
On the occasion of 43 years of successful operation of primary school "Branko Miljkovic" there were the awards to the best students who participated to national contest for "BRANKOVO PERO". According to the school director Miroslav Stanic, it was a literary competition organized on the occasion of 80 years since the birth of Branko Miljkovic. The competition was received 93 works of students from first to eighth grade of elementary schools from all over Serbia.
